Odoo pricing 2026

Odoo pricing 2026: what it really costs (licences and implementation)

The price of Odoo has two parts: the licence, paid per user per month according to your Odoo plan, and the implementation, a one-off payment to get the ERP up and running that at Nextdoo we close by fixed hours with the Success Pack. Here we explain what Odoo really costs in Spain and how we budget each project, with no small print. Figures are reference estimates, non-binding; the official licence price is at odoo.com/pricing.

At Nextdoo, we apply the official Odoo methodology: Quickstart with a phased plan and fixed-hour Success Packs. We always start with a brief Discovery that defines the scope, shortcomings, and risks · then we implement in phases with quick wins in each one. No static fees because each business has different cost drivers · always with a fixed budget per phase after the Discovery.

How we price · 3 simple steps

1. Discovery fixed in advance (1-2 weeks)

Before committing to a full budget, we conduct a short, fixed-price Discovery: process map, integration inventory, risk log, and scope document. Result: scope signed by all parties and a realistic estimate of the Success Pack your case requires. It's the only honest way to price Odoo.

2. Success Pack by the hour (Quickstart)

With a clear scope, we put together a fixed-hour Success Pack: level according to scope (standard SME, consolidated standard, mid-market, enterprise). The hours cover configuration, custom development, migration, testing, training, and go-live. If we exceed the hours, you see it before incurring the cost.

3. Phased plan with quick wins

We implement in progressive phases (official Odoo philosophy): app group 1 → validated quick win → app group 2 → validated quick win → customisation and automations. You go live in 8 weeks with the standard Quickstart and validate the value before investing in deep custom development.

Success Pack types

After the Discovery, we recommend the pack your case requires. Each pack is a fixed-hour Success Pack · no surprises · with defined quick wins per phase.

Mid-market Pack

Several modules (manufacturing, multi-company, advanced integrations). Custom modules with AI. Greater configuration depth. Phases by quarters.

Enterprise + AI Pack

Quickstart + AI-powered custom: invoice OCR, content generation, Helpdesk assistants. 90-day hypercare. Premium SLA.

Why phased > turnkey

The big-bang of 'everything solved in 6 months' sounds good but is risky: you discover problems late, the team gets overwhelmed, and any scope change is a tough negotiation. That's why Odoo recommends a phased approach.

  • Early project validation · first quick win in week 4-6
  • Predictable budget per phase · no surprises halfway through implementation
  • Measurable ROI with each quick win · informed decision before investing more
  • Less risk · if phase 1 works, you have Odoo in production even if you don't contract phase 2
  • Customised only when it proves its value · you avoid paying for modifications you don't use later
  • The team learns progressively · greater real adoption than a big-bang go-live
  • Easy to scale · you can go from Quickstart to Mid-market without discarding previous work

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to implement Odoo?

It depends on the modules, the number of users, and the complexity. That's why we work with packs and a calculator that provides an indicative estimate.

Does the price include licences?

The investment covers licences, implementation, and training. The exact licence amount depends on the modules and end-users.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. We define the scope and budget before starting, in clear language.

Can we start step-by-step?

Yes. We recommend implementing the modules that save you the most time first, then expanding later.

Are the prices fixed?

We work with reference packs and adjust to your case. The figures are indicative until the scope is finalised.
