It lets you manage all of a company's processes without standalone tools.

It's highly recommended. An official partner certified by Odoo SA provides you with needs analysis, configuration, data migration, training and support. Community is free but with basic features and without full Spanish accounting. Enterprise includes the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC), native VeriFactu, AI, official support, a mobile app and advanced modules (email marketing, helpdesk, subscriptions, advanced MRP, planning). For Spain, we recommend Enterprise.

For SMEs, Odoo is more agile, affordable and faster to implement. SAP is powerful but overly complex and costly for small and medium-sized companies. Odoo offers similar features at a fraction of the price.

Yes. Data encryption, automatic backups, role-based access control, MFA and audit logging. On Odoo.sh the infrastructure is managed by Odoo SA with an uptime SLA and automatic backups.

The cost depends on the scope, number of users, modules and complexity of the integrations. Standard micro-SME cases start from indicative figures in the low 4-figure range; mid-sized SMEs typically fall in the mid-to-high 4-figure range. Yes. The deployment packs include hypercare for the first 30 days (60 days in the Business pack) as intensive post go-live support. Ongoing monthly support is contracted separately after that phase: a monthly hour bundle with a response SLA for functional queries, small enhancements, report adjustments and instance monitoring. Yes. Every implementation includes training for the end team by module. Online or in-person sessions in Tarragona. Recorded material and manuals by role. We can also train key users who then train the rest.

Yes. Odoo Enterprise has been certified for VeriFactu since July 2025 on versions 17+, 18 and 19. It issues invoices with a QR code and verification hash. Nextdoo ensures your VeriFactu configuration is correct from day one, including automatic AEAT submission and real-time SII.

It will be mandatory for companies from January 2027 and for the self-employed from July 2027. All invoices must be issued with certified software that guarantees traceability and immutability. Better to migrate before the Q4 2026 rush.
