VeriFactu for businesses
Comply with the Tax Agency from January 2027

We adapt your Odoo to the new invoicing law. Your team continues to work as normal. Your administration functions as always. Only the system complies with what the Treasury requires.

It affects you if your company issues invoices

If you have an SL, SA, cooperative or any company subject to Corporate Income Tax, from 1 January 2027 every invoice your company issues must comply with Verifactu. The original date was January 2026, but Real Decreto-ley 15/2025, de 2 de diciembre extended the deadline by one year. Official AEAT note → Each invoice will carry a QR code verifiable by the Tax Agency, and cannot be modified once issued.

For you and your team, the day-to-day doesn't change. You continue invoicing as always. The difference: your system complies with what the AEAT requires and you are at ease if you are inspected. Corrections are made with a rectifying invoice, exactly the same as now.

Important: if your company is already on the SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información) because it invoices more than 6 million per year, VeriFactu is added, it does not replace it. We take it into account in the plan.

VeriFactu for SMEs: what you need to know

VeriFactu is the system that requires invoicing software to generate verifiable and traceable records. For an SME, it means that your invoicing programme must meet specific requirements within the deadlines set by the regulations.

The good news is that Odoo adapts to this obligation. At Nextdoo, we make your invoicing compliant with the regulations: we configure the system, review your series and formats, and ensure that each invoice meets the requirements, without you having to struggle with the technical side.

Adapting on time avoids rushes and penalties. As an Official Odoo Partner specialising in SMEs, we guide the process from start to finish and leave it working with your way of operating.
