I already have a POS. Why change?

What happens if I cancel? Do I lose my data?
Your data is yours and you take it with you whenever you want: it's standard Odoo, not a closed system. The 12-month commitment exists only because the setup costs 0 €. After the first year, it's month-to-month with no ties.
Are Odoo licences separate?
Yes, and it's good for you: the Odoo Enterprise licence is invoiced directly by Odoo SA (it's their product). We don't apply any hidden margin. We tell you the exact cost before you start, normally from ~25 €/user/month.
9 € per brand… doesn't it add up?
Keeping a brand up to date manually — photos, prices, sizes, stock — takes about 2 hours a month. At market price, 150 €. We do it automatically for 9 €, and with packs it goes down to 6 €/brand. You activate and pause the brands you want, whenever you want.
I'm not an IT specialist. Who sets all this up?
No one has to set anything up: our system creates your Odoo, imports your catalogue and configures your POS automatically. You receive your access details, initial training and in 48 hours you'll be processing sales. Email support is available from day one.
I only have a mechanical workshop, I don't sell clothes or helmets. Is there anything for me?
Yes: Nextdoo Taller at 59 €/month is just for you — repair orders, vehicle reception, warranties and appointments, plus purchasing, sales, accounting and VeriFactu, without paying for the shop POS or the brand catalogue you don't need. And if you open a shop in the future, you can upgrade to the Shop plan whenever you want.
I have a shop and a workshop too. How do I set it up?
Take the Shop plan (or Online if you sell online) and add the Workshop module for +39 €/month: repair orders, warranties and appointments integrated with your spare parts stock and your invoicing. All in the same Odoo.
What does my fee include and what is paid separately?
Included in your fee, at no extra cost: your managed and hosted Odoo up and running, the annual Odoo update, infrastructure with backups and monitoring, and system outages resolved. What's important for operations is always covered.
Only extraordinary items are paid separately: custom developments, training, upgrades, migrations or new modules. We cover this with hour packages starting from 85 €/hour + VAT — no long-term commitment, you buy hours and use them as needed, with no tickets expiring from one month to the next.
