I already have a POS. Why switch?

What happens if I cancel? Do I lose my data?
Your data is yours and you take it whenever you want: it's standard Odoo, not a closed system. The 12-month commitment exists only because setup is €0. After the first year, month to month with no strings attached.
Are the Odoo licenses billed separately?
Yes, and it's good for you: the Odoo Enterprise license is billed directly by Odoo SA (it's their product). We don't add any hidden markup. We tell you the exact cost before starting, usually from ~€25/user/month.
€9 per brand… doesn't that add up?
Keeping a brand up to date by hand — photos, prices, sizes, stock — takes about 2 hours a month. At market rate, €150. We do it automatically for €9, and with the packs it drops to €6/brand. You activate and pause whatever brands you want, whenever you want.
I'm not a techie. Who sets all this up?
No one has to set up anything: our system creates your Odoo, imports your catalog and configures your POS automatically. You get your logins, an initial training session, and in 48 hours you're ringing up sales. Email support is available from day one.
I only have a mechanical workshop, I don't sell apparel or helmets. Is there anything for me?
Yes: Motodoo Workshop at €59/month is just right for you — repair orders, vehicle intake, warranties and appointments, plus purchasing, sales, accounting and VeriFactu, without paying for the store POS or the brand catalog you don't need. And if you open a store in the future, you upgrade to the Store plan whenever you want.
I have a store and a workshop too. How do I set it up?
Take the Store plan (or Online if you sell on the internet) and add the Workshop module for +€39/month: repair orders, warranties and appointments integrated with your spare-parts stock and your invoicing. All in one Odoo.
What does my subscription include and what is paid separately?
Included in your subscription, at no extra cost: your managed and hosted Odoo up and running, the annual Odoo upgrade, the infrastructure with backups and monitoring, and system outages resolved. Everything you need to operate, always covered.
Only the exceptional is paid separately: custom development, training, enhancements, migrations or new modules. We cover it with hour packs from €75/hour + VAT — no lock-in, you buy hours and use them as needed, with no credits that expire from one month to the next.
